Jennifer Lawrence as, ‘Katniss Everdeen’ in, ‘The Hunger Games’ (2012)!

Last year the world saw the release of the big screen adaption of the classic dystopic novel, ‘The Hunger Games’, a novel which was written by Suzanne Collins (Ticket Out), and the movie in and of itself became one of the biggest movies to hit the big screen of that year! Since then it would appear that this movie which stars Jennifer Lawrence (House At The End Of The Street) as the title character, ‘Katniss Everdeen’ is going to be releasing a sequel later this year called, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire (2013), but it looks like it has recently been announced that there will be a 2 parter set to be released in 2014 and 2015 entitled, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay!

Not much is known about this movie so far, except that a lot of the primary cast from the original movie appears to be reprising their roles for this movie, including Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson (American Splendor) as, ‘Peeta Mellark’, Liam Hemsworth (The Expendables 2) as, ‘Gale Hawthorne’ etc…

Also it would appear that the story is centered around Katniss as she becomes the leader of a growing resistance movement against the rulers that have been keeping these horrible games alive and well!
