Wally Pfister (seen here with Christopher Nolan) has worked for Nolan for years and is now making his directorial debut in an as yet titled film project.

According to: Film Junk

Wally Pfister, who has worked as a cinematographer on such Nolan directed projects as, The Dark Knight (2008) and Inception (2010) is about to make his directorial debut, with a currently untitled project for Alcon Entertainment. Here is what Alcon co-founders, Broderick Johnson and Andrew Kosove said about the upcoming project:

“We have been talking to Wally about making his directorial debut with Alcon for over a decade since we all worked together on Insomnia… Wally is truly one of the most talented artists with whom we have ever collaborated. To now have the opportunity to work with Wally as a director on this truly remarkable project, is a company highlight for Alcon Entertainment.”

Currently not much is known about this film except that Jack Paglen (Joy) has already written the script for it.
