Actress Glenn Close attempts to give Michael Douglas a love stabbing in 'Fatal Attraction' (1987).

1) Freeway (1996)

Reese Witherspoon’s performance as Vanessa Lutz was what I like to call Crazy… Awesome! “Bob” (played by Kiefer Sutherland) picks up a distressed Vanessa on the side of the freeway with ill intensions to kill her and do god knows what with the body. Witherspoon delivers a performance I like to call “Do mess with the angry chick from the hood” she shows him who’s really in for a surprise when she shoots his ass, takes his wallet and his car and leaves him for dead! Witherspoon’s performance falls nothing short of crazy woman on the edge!

2) Wild at Heart (1990)

Diane Ladd as Marietta Fortune in Wild at Heart! If her red lipstick all over her face scene doesn’t say Crazy I don’t know what will. None the less Diane offers a stellar performance as that crazy mother type… you know the type we all associate our own mothers with and then after seeing that scene realize just how normal they really are! Now go hug your mother!

3) Carrie (1976)

Sissy Spacek as Carrie now I can go ahead and say the cliché blood dropping prom scene is the craziest scene in this movie but, I actually think the scene when Spacek tells her mother Margaret (played by Piper Laurie) that she wants to go to the prom is a tad bit crazier. I mean when you’re hurling knives telepathically through the air at your religious freak mother until she dies… pretty crazy in my book.

4) Misery (1990)

Kathy Bates as Annie Wilkes in Misery shows us all how dangerous having fans can be at times. Especially, when they tie you up to their bed and break your legs with a sledge hammer and wooden block. If this scene doesn’t make you look away or in the very least close your eyes for a second, well you must be tougher then me cause I couldn’t watch a man’s legs be smashed to smithereens.

5) The Hand Rocks the Cradle (1992)

Rebecca De Mornay as Mrs. Mott aka Peyton Flanders and Annabella Sciorra as Claire Bartel show the world what really happens when you don’t do a through reference check on hiring a Nanny in there awesome attic fight sequence. My advice be a stay at home parent if you can.

Steven Webber get's the boot... or rather "the shoe" in 'Single White Female' (1992).

6) Single White Female (1992)

Jennifer Jason Leigh as Hedra ‘Hedy’ Carlson taught us that having a roommate might not be the best move. Not only will they borrow your clothes and not return or wash them but apparently they will steel you haircut and kill your boyfriend too. The scene I like to recall in this film is the stiletto in the eye! I mean I have seen alot of people get killed on film but for some reason this particular one makes me look away even to this day.

7) The Crush (1993)

Alicia Silverstone as Adrienne Forrester in The Crush shows us all how dangerous an innocent girls crush on a guy can really be. Alicia delivers an incrediable proformance through out this film, however the one scene that comes to mind as just that little bit extra crazy is when she makes lemonaide. I mean really… I have never seen anyone make lemonaide with a butchers knife before and with such force, but I gotta say she nails it!

8) Mommy Dearest (1981)

Faye Dunaway as Joan Crawford – what can I say, money can’t buy sane. One scene comes to mind in this film adaptation written by Christina Crawford that recalls her abusive childhood at the hands of her famous mother Joan Crawford. The wire hanger scene! Anyone who feels the need to wake their sleeping children in the middle of the night by screaming wire hangers and then proceeds to completely destroy the closet… I’m thinking should maybe not have kids. Crazy!

9) Fatal Attraction (1987)

Glenn Close as Alex Forrest, Rabbit for diner anyone? Who cooks a child’s pet? Glenn Close as Alex Forrest does – that’s who! Glenn Close deffinatly sells crazy in this classic film and leaves us with a new awarness of what a stalker really is.

10) Enough (2002)

Jennifer Lopez as Slim Hiller – In the ending of this movie Lopez kicks some serious ass on her abusive husband! All I can say is, hell yeah! Get him girl! I guess Enough really was… Enough!

Before becoming an American Idol Judge, Jennifer Lopez made a living giving Billy Campbell (yes, Bruce's little bro) an ass whooping in 'Enough' (2002)!
