Date’s Announced For ‘Monsterpalooza 2012’

Monsterpalooza updated their website last week and posted the “Official Date’s” for Monsterpalooza 2012! As you can see the official dates for Monsterpalooza are April 13th, 14th and 15th 2012! So be sure to keep your schedule cleared that weekend, because trust us, you won’t want to miss this.

Monsterpalooza 2011 featured some of the best Vendor’s, Reunions, F/X Artist’s and Monster Legends on the circuit! We had an awesome time. We even bumped into John Favreau, Edgar Wright and Guillermo Del Toro, who were just there as monster fans!

‘The Creature From the Black Lagoon’ Reunion

Other featured guests at Monsterpalooza 2011 included the stars of ‘The Creature from the Black Lagoon’ (1954), Julia Adams and The Creature himself: Ricou Browning!

The Syfy channel’s original series ‘Hollywood Treasure’ even showed up to look for item’s for a charity auction, and walked away with the helmet from Disney’s ‘The Rocketeer’! ABM‘s Matthew Dowling talked with Brian Chanes and Jonathan Mankuta about his New York Times Newspaper from 1931. It contains the very first known review of Dracula starring Bela Lugosi!

No word yet as to who the guest roster is going to be, but we’ll keep you posted as we find out more info!
