Cop Land tells the story of how a small time Sheriff in an beautiful small town, that is populated by NYPD Officers, starts to look in to the seamy underbelly of the small town, after one of the cops makes a mistake and kills 2 stoners by mistake, and then himself! And how as this small time Sheriff dig in to the seamy underbelly of his town, he will find somethings that will change his world forever!
