The Butterfly Room tells the story of how a latchkey kid by the name of, ‘Julie’ (Played by: Ellery Sprayberry) develops a close friendship with a middle aged woman by the name of, ‘Ann’ (Steele), so much so that some would consider them to be mother and daughter!
Now as Ann is trying to destroy the relationship that Julie has with her real mother, ‘Claudia’ (played by Erica Leerhsen), it will be up to Ann’s real daughter, ‘Dorothy’ (Langenkamp) to break the increasingly erratic Ann and Julie up, before Ann does something dangerous to the girl!
