Quinton McHale is a retired Sailor who likes to sale on his old PT Cruiser around the Caribbean selling stuff to the Island inhabitants… That is until his old nemesis comes in to disrupt things, and in the end McHale will have to rejoin his crackpot Navy crew that will in the end have to stop McHale’s Navy before he can launch a missile as the United States!
