Wulfgar is an international terrorist for hire… But when he over does one job, and kills the guy carrying his latest forged papers (Thus giving the authorities the opportunity to see what he looks like,) no terrorist cell will hire him. This give the opportunity that authorities were looking for internationally to find and capture him.
With that said and with Wulfgar headed to New York, it will be up to a couple of streetwise undercover cops to find Wulfgar, before Wulfgar can destroy enough buildings to regain his standing!
