True Lies (1994) a classic!

True Lies (1994) a classic!

Ok, so if you were lucky to have grown up going to the movies when people like Arnold Schwarzenegger (The Terminator) was taking out a former South American dictator, like in the classic, Commando (1985)… Then you were pretty freaking lucky!

Being some one who really did get started in watching these movies later, I have to say that I think it would have been fun to see these classic action films on the big screen… Hell I still think it would be awesome!

The fact is, is that by todays standards, we really don’t get to see those types of action movies anymore… There are some good action movies now… But nothing like what Arnold Schwarzenegger (Red Sonja), Sylvester Stallone (Cobra), Chuck Norris (Lone Wolf McQuade) or even Jean-Claude VanDamme (Double Impact) were able to put together! ┬áThis sort of for one reason or another started to die out in the 90s!

So with that said, I thought that you guys might enjoy these top 5 action movies of the 1990s starring action stars of the 1980s!

5. Executive Decision (1996)

4. Patriot Games (1992)

3. The Last Action Hero (1993)

And next up at number 2: Under Siege (1992)

and at number 1: Bird On A Wire (1990)

There was a lot of great movies that came out around then… These movies ought to give you a little taste of them!
