Good news! ‘The Cabin in the Woods’ makes it’s way to DVD and Blu-ray today. Directed by veteran LOST co-executive producer Drew Goddard, Cabin in the Woods brings writer Joss Whedon’s script to life, as well as making use of actor Chris Hemsworth’s character Curt!
To be more to the point, The Cabin in the Woods wins this weeks DVD of the week award for 2 reasons.
1. By default. Ahem, there’s another Chris Hemsworth summer blockbuster hitting shelves today, but… (and we don’t mean Avengers).
2. We still have to wait a week for The Avengers to make it’s way to DVD and Blu-ray. But in the meantime Chris Hemsworth aka Thor himself is already assembled with his Avengers director Joss Whedon who wrote Cabin the Woods right here.
