Horror movies that are based in or around Carnivals are rather enjoyable, rather it be such movies as Vampire Circus (1972), The Funhouse (1981) and even Carnival Of Souls (1998), and another one coming up is, Carnieville!
Written by: Corbin Billings (Collide), Victor Matthieu (Tombstone Brides). Carnieville tells the story of how after witnessing the murder of a woman by her husband who was dressed in his clown costume, several years later, her friends decide to help her get rid of the phobia of Clowns that she has had to live with since those murders! The problem though, is that the admission for the Carnival that they decide to take her to, will cost their lives!
