Ryan Reynolds and Denzel Washington star in this weekend's #1 in the box office, 'Safe House'
According to EW:
Safe House, starring: Denzel Washington (American Gangster) and Ryan Reynolds (Green Lantern), tells the story of how a young CIA agent is tasked with taking care of a fugitive at a safe house, but when the Safe House is attacked, the agent ends up having to go out on the run with the person he was tasked to protect!
With having pulled in $24 million in this weekend’s box office, it looks like Safe House, is, ‘safe as houses’ in the number #1 spot for the weekend!
2) ‘The Vow’. The Vow being last weeks champions, have continued do rather nicely in the box office, having pulled in $23.6 million in this weekend’s box office!
3) ‘Ghost Rider: Spirit Of Vengence’. This movie did respectably for it’s opening weekend, having pulled in $22 million.
4) ‘Journey 2: The Mysterious Island’. This movie did nicely this weekend, having pulled in $20.1 million in this weekend’s box office!
5) ‘This Means War’. Which pulled in a solid $17.6 million in this weekend’s box office!
