Puss In Boots Is Number #1 in the box office for the second week in a row!
That’s right folks, according to EW.
Puss In Boots, that tale of the swash bucking hero with nine lives is back! Last week we reported that Puss In Boots, pulled off over $30 million in the box office. Well this weekend it looks like this movie pulled off another $33 million for a grand total of $67 million, and the number #1 spot for the second week in a row!
In the second place spot we got another weekend opener in the Ben Stiller (Little Fockers), Eddie Murphy (Shrek Forever After) heist movie, Tower Heist! Now Tower Heist did real nicely this weekend, having pulled in $25.1 million in this weekend’s box office!
At number 3 we got, A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas, which did nicely on it’s opening weekend, having pulled in a solid $13.1 million in this weekend’s box office! At number 4 we got, the sure fire paranormal classic, Paranormal Activity 3, which is continuing to hold strong at $8.5 million in this weekend’s box office. At number 5 we got the new Justin Timberlake (The Social Network) movie, In Time, which in it’s second week is doing pretty respectably, having pulled in a solid $7.7 million dollars!
With that said folks, it looks like for another week, that the feline is King of the screen!
