The famous Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston movie that was the inspiration for one of the most well known songs of the 1990s is in it’s remake phase, Deadline reported.
From director Mick Jackson, The Bodyguard tells the story of a former Secret Service Agent who is assigned to protect a famous musician (played by Houston) from a Stalker. Over the course of The Bodyguard, the two develop a romantic connection.

When I first read the headline, I thought you were referring to 1980′s MY BODYGUARD, with Adam Baldwin. Glad to see I was mistaken (I love that movie, and wouldn’t want to see a remake of it).
This is one movie I never watched. I’ll definitely have to do so before the remake comes out.
